2. Product Condition
- Our pallets and lots may include overstock, shelf pulls, customer returns, or mixed-condition merchandise.
- Product condition is described as accurately as possible (e.g. New, Like New, Mixed, Salvage).
- Because these are bulk lots, individual item inspection prior to purchase is often not possible, but we strive to be clear in our disclosures.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in USD and are final at checkout.
- We accept secure payment methods including bank transfer, credit card, and e-transfer via verified gateways.
- Full payment is required before shipping or pickup can be scheduled.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer nationwide freight shipping via trusted carriers.
- Shipping fees are calculated based on pallet size, weight, and destination.
- Local pickup is available by appointment at our warehouse.
- After dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number or Bill of Lading.
5. Returns & Refunds
Given the nature of liquidation sales:
- All pallet and truckload sales are final.
- Refunds or replacements are only issued if:
- The shipment is lost in transit (confirmed by carrier), or
- An incorrect lot was sent in error.
- Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos of the shipment condition.
6. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any concerns quickly and fairly. We strive to respond to all issues within 48β72 hours of contact.
